Nac\u00ed y crec\u00ed en Ecuador, donde me mimaron con ex\u00f3ticas comidas locales que proven\u00edan de todas las regiones: sierra, costa y amazon\u00eda. Ceviches, hornado, locro, encocado y tantos otros platos deliciosos que se convirtieron en parte de lo que soy como chef.\u00a0<\/p>\n

GLOBALLY INSPIRED<\/h2>\n

A los 16 a\u00f1os me mud\u00e9 a Francia con mi familia, donde descubr\u00ed todo un mundo de t\u00e9cnicas gastron\u00f3micas. Durante los 10 a\u00f1os siguientes estudi\u00e9, trabaj\u00e9 y viaj\u00e9 para descubrir todo lo relacionado con la gastronom\u00eda.
