A Concept Rooted in Identity

On the menu, you can find cheese-filled empanadas fresh from the oven, vibrant bowls loaded with textures and ingredients that celebrate Ecuador’s culinary diversity, crispy patacones, soft and addictive pan de yuca, seasonal paletas, and refreshing drinks like tamarind juice or coconut water.
As shown through SOMOS and COTOA, Chef Alejandra tells stories, bridges cultures, and creates connection through Ecuadorian Cuisine. With Cotoita, she takes another step forward, bringing the flavors of Ecuador to the heart of a vibrant city, so more people can discover, share, and enjoy its identity, one dish at a time.
